Order and Shipping Confirmation
You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been placed successfully. Be sure to provide the correct shipping address as we are unable to redirect goods once they are on route to you.
When Your Order Will Be Ordered
ALL orders are usually processed and shipped within 1-3 business days. In many cases, your items will even ship the same day! We are also upfront about our shipping costs. Because we use a cost based shipping rate, so that you will never be surprised at checkout with an unexpected shipping amount.
All items are shipped by either UPS or United States Postal Service(USPS).
Generally, shipments under $75 in value and under 3 lbs. in weight ship via USPS which can take between 2 and 7 business days for delivery.
Shipments over $75 and/or over 3 lbs. in weight ship via UPS. UPS ship times vary depending on what area of the country we are shipping to. We are on the West Coast, so shipping using standard UPS can take up to 6 business days to the East Coast.
Note: The following shipping tables apply only to shipments within the United States. For international orders, you may place the order our products with Amazon.

* Our flat rate shipping charges are calculated based on pre-tax and pre-discount merchandise totals.
* Flat rate shipping charges apply to orders shipping within the 48 contiguous United States only.
* For orders shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories or international destinations, there may be an additional charge for express deliveries.
* We mainly use USPS as our primary shipping carrier however some heavier packages > 3 lbs. may be shipped using UPS.

- The delivery times for standard delivery are approximate. Because we carry all of our products in stock, we will make every effort to ship out your order the following business day.
- All express delivery times are guaranteed
- During severe weather conditions or other natural disasters, delivery times may be delayed.
- Note that the shipping times listed above do not take into account national holidays. Because we can not make shipments when the United States Postal Service is closed, please adjust the above times accordingly when the post office is shut down
- Delivery dates apply to orders shipping within the 48 contiguous United States only. Orders shipping to Alaska, U.S. territories, or international destinations may take up to an additional 5 business days.
- Orders are typically shipped the same or following business day. You will be notified by e-mail if the item is not available to ship within 2-3 days.
Rates For Expedited Shipping:
Please add an additional $35 for UPS Express shipping.
Note: If your Express order shipment cost exceeds $35.00 (Typically packages over 3lbs), you will be responsible for the overcharge. We will make every attempt to contact you via e-mail to advise you of the actual charges prior to shipping your package.
Shipping to Alaska, Puerto Rico and Hawaii
There is no additional shipping charge to Alaska, Puerto Rico or Hawaii. However, we do not offer express shipping to these regions.
Our Refund Policy
At how to look PRTTY we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. We are confident that you will be happy with the quality of our products. However, if you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return the products to us for a full refund. Please contact us within 30 days of placing your order to obtain a return authorization number. We will not accept any returns without a return authorization number.
Once a return is authorized, if the product is defective, we will refund your payment and send you a return shipping label. Otherwise, you will receive your payment less any shipping charges. If you received free shipping on your purchase, we will deduct the shipping fees we had to incur to ship the products to you. Please return authorized orders in its original form and packaging. We must receive the return within 14 days from the day the return authorization was issued. We reserve the right to reject any returns and exchanges that do not meet these conditions.
Please note that we do not accept returns on any personalized or monogrammed items in our store.
